OUR TEAM

The name Scott Lyle has been a key contributor to the Palm Springs Real Estate market since 1978. In the last 30 years, Scott and his exceptional agents, brokers and administrative team have helped over 3,000 families buy or sell a home, condominium, townhouse, and loft or investment property in the greater Palm Springs area.

 

They are not real estate salespeople, but rather real estate counselors giving buyers and sellers of local real estate expert knowledge and complete information.  They work closely with their clients providing “world class service” every step of the way.

With an in-house marketing division they are able to produce websites, advertising campaigns that work, and state-of-the-art presentations to help their clients reach their objectives.

Through hard work and unwavering loyalty, Scott Lyle Realtors has developed strong relationships with many key leaders in the valley. Their knowledge of the desert real estate market, and understanding of local, state and national trends, gives their clients a decided advantage in timing and negotiating.

Since 1989, Scott Lyle Realtors has also been engaged in new home development sales and marketing. They have collectively represented over 500 units - handling all facets of new home development; from land acquisition to marketing, recruiting and training, to sales.

Scott Lyle Realtors operates out of their Main Office, as well as many of the valley’s most important new home communities. While new development has been a great addition to Scott Lyle Realtors, the backbone of their business continues to be the resale of existing homes, condominiums, townhouses, lofts and investment properties in the Coachella Valley.
